Purchase units via a member of the Bond Exchange of Shout Africa

Investors can buy or sell debentures via any registered member of the Bond Exchange of South Africa. They will trade just like any other instrument listed on BESA and will be subject to the bond exchange rules. PSG Absolute Investments as an authorized participant has committed to creating and redeeming debentures for cash with a 4 basis point (on value) spread against Net Asset Value.

Clade Investment Management will facilitate the purchase or sale of units.

Creation and redemption of units in kind

Investors can create debentures through providing Exchange Traded Funds Limited with a blend of GOVI bonds, and in exchange will receive an appropriate number of Govex units. Conversely, investors can exchange debentures for the underlying bond holdings. No fee will be charged for this but some transactional costs may be incurred.

Creations and redemptions in kind can take place on any given day between 9.00 and 16.00.

There is a minimum number of 500 debentures which can be creater or redeemed in kind.
